Anne Ager Portrait

Anne Ager trained as a chef and hotel management graduate, both in the UK and in France. Food, people and travel had been passions from a very young age ..... and still are.

Anne temporarily turned her back on her gourmet background, and worked on new product development for many leading food manufacturers - but not for long. Real food called, and she joined forces with bon viveur, Robert Carrier. Anne was back in her true métier, creating recipes for his cookery books and PR clients, and producing beautiful food for the camera.

Always fiercely independent, and bursting with new ideas, Anne decided to branch out on her own as a specialist in 'all things food'. She held the position of Cookery Editor on several prestigious titles, and worked has a food consultant and writer for a 'cocktail' of international clients in the fields of publishing, radio, PR and advertising, food manufacturing and hospitality.

Anne has always had a close working rapport with some of the world's leading chefs, including Anton Mosimann, Guy Savoy and Michel Roux, and now that she is in France, many of them are her close neighbours!

Anne has now added a new programme of innovative Cote Cuisine Cookery Courses to the special events that she organises, including the arrangement of bespoke  destination weddings with Côte Weddings.
