ANNE AGER - CHEF/PRIVATE CATERING

Anne Ager trained as a professional chef in Paris and in London.

Since graduating, she has worked in conjunction with some of the top cookery schools, including Le Cordon Bleu and La Varenne, and with some of the world's leading chefs, such as Anton Mosimann, Guy Savoy and Michel Roux ....... and many culinary 'secrets' have been swapped and shared. Anne has also cooked 'on stage' , 'on air', and in front of the camera ... and for some rather special guests, including Roger Moore and Katherine Hepburn!

Now that Anne is based in the South of France, she offers a highly individual private chef service, with a very personal touch - sharing her own selection of colourful and distinctive flavours with you and your guests. Mediterranean cuisine is a particular passion, but she is equally happy to turn her talents to Japanese, Middle Eastern, Northern European or 'fusion' dishes. You select the occasion, and, along with Anne you choose and plan the menu together.
